Host, moderator & speaker
Somewhere along the way, I discovered that my favorite part of this industry is the conversation itself — getting the right people in a room and pulling out the honest, useful, and occasionally hilarious truths that don't make it into the press release.
I design and host sessions that people actually talk about after the conference. On stages like Inman Connect, I've hooked founders up to a live polygraph to play "Two Truths and a Lie" (The AI Polygraph), put proptech tools through an honesty test with cheesecake as the hook (The Cheesecake Test), and moderated candid panels on everything from AI adoption to the tension between agent brands and brokerage brands. I've also hosted in-depth fireside conversations with leaders like Michael Valdes on recruiting and retention, and Kevin Stirdivant on 10X-ing your price point — the kind of one-on-one interviews that make a headliner shine and keep a sophisticated room leaning in.
Whether it's a game-show-style panel, a high-stakes fireside chat, or a keynote on innovation and resilience, my goal is always the same: leave the audience with something real, something useful, and something they'll remember. I speak and host on proptech and innovation, personal branding, luxury marketing, growth and leadership, and the lessons I've learned building — and rebuilding — a career in this business.

A great fireside lives or dies on the interviewer. I've hosted in-depth conversations with founders and leaders — from 10X-ing a price point with Kevin Stirdivant to recruiting and retention with Michael Valdes — that pull out the specific, useful, and human stories a room of professionals or investors actually came to hear. Deep prep, a real arc, and the ability to keep a sophisticated room engaged from first question to last.
Best for: keynote guest interviews, investor and LP gatherings, founder summits, and private dinners. 1 guest.
Real estate loves an expo hall — but everyone in it is looking for a way to pitch you. The HomeCode Pitch Battle flips that. It's a structured, fast-paced, bracket-style competition where proptech founders go head-to-head in timed rounds, demoing their products live on a big screen while an engaged crowd decides who advances. Less sales pitch, more get- together: attendees see and learn about new technology without being sold, scanned, or followed up with — and founders get an honest, real-time vibe-check under pressure.
The inaugural HomeCode Pitch Battle brought 15 companies together the night before Inman Connect New York. Three rounds, three round-winners, and one grand champion: RealScout took home the championship belt, a trophy, and a Times Square billboard, with UpFront and AutoReel on the podium. When round two ended in a tie, we settled it with a dance-off — because the crowd was engaged enough to care. This isn't a passive demo; it's where the cream rises to the top in real time.
What it delivers:
- » For organizers — a signature, high-energy evening or main-stage session that gives attendees a reason to show up early and talk about it all week.
- » For sponsors — authentic association with the future of the industry (inaugural sponsors: Constant Contact and Scout), plus emcee and integration » moments that fit the format instead of interrupting it.
- » For founders — real-time feedback, a live audience, and an immediate read on how their story lands.
- » For agents and attendees — signal separated from noise, learning without commitment, and a front-row seat to where the industry is heading.
Best for: conference evening events, off-sites, sponsor activations, and main-stage tech showcases. 8–16 companies, bracket rounds, live demo wall, host plus optional co-emcees — fully customizable to your venue, sponsors, and audience.
Design Your Own
The formats above are starting points, not a fixed menu. My background is in creating original, interactive session concepts built around your theme, your sponsors, and your audience.
Bring me a goal — buzz, education, recruiting, capital, a memorable close — and I'll design and host a format that hits it.
Keynotes
Beyond hosting and moderating, I deliver keynotes on proptech and innovation, personal branding, luxury marketing, growth and leadership, and resilience drawn from my own entrepreneurial journey.
